Hello Annabelle and William!

First of all thank you for choosing me as you wedding planner for your destination wedding in Italy.

In this link you can find the vendors I normally work with. As I wrote in the quote, for the past experiences I had, to have the responsability of the entire event, I highly recommend to use my vendors.

Let’s start with photographers. Different styles and different budget. Under every picture, you can find a PDF with all the quotes and infos about them.

Videographers. The first three are the ones that I use the most. Especially Ivan Caiazza. He’s a destination wedding videographer. The price you see it’s not correct. He does a special discount to my clients, which will be 2000 € for the entire day, including transport and accomodation. I personally really love Alessandro Bordoni, he’s probably the best videographer in the world, but obviously his price is different.

Music. I work with two agencies call Prelude and Daniele Pavignano. They have everything you need, normally Pavignano is a little bit more expensive. I also use a lot of times the service of Victor Angelov. He plays the electric violin for the aperitivo. You can see some of his works on instagram or youtube. 

Flowers. I know you are in contact with Debbie.

Wedding Invitations. I don’t know if you already done them, in case you didn’t Beautiful Letters works all around the world, so you can ask a quote to her. She also takes care of all the graphic for the wedding (menus, name tags, ecc)

Fireworks. With Make a Wedding you can do whatever you want, I’m sorry if the pdf is in italian, but can easily translate it on google translate. And you have loads of pictures to understand the things the agency can do.

Car and Boats service.

The water taxi costs around 200 € per hour. Lario land it’s a car that also goes in the water as a boat. If you want to rent a vintage car you can have a look at the prices of Autonoleggio incantesimo.

Make Up and Hair.

I normally work with La Palette.The price for them is 150 € for the trial (in case you come over before the wedding) and 450 € for the wedding day. If some of you guests need the service the quote is 100 € per person, if you have more than 3 guests getting ready then is 80 € each. for the other ones you have the quote.
