Catherine & Christian
From Texas to Tuscany for a Vintage Luxury Wedding!
The tiny village (borgo) of Stomennano was built on ancient ruins that are visible to this day, and it is indeed as a Roman outpost that it first appears in written records dating back to 1059.
Borgo Stomennano is surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves, and with its final transformation in 1700 was converted into the holiday residence it remains to this day.
Catherine and Christian’s wedding weekend was a truly magical affair in the heart of Tuscany. The festivities began with a delightful pizza party set against the backdrop of the stunning Tuscan landscape. The tables were adorned with personalized tablecloths, each one showcasing intricate designs that were meaningful to the couple. Surrounding the tables, various types of aromatic plants and vegetables added a charming rustic touch to the decor, infusing the air with fragrant scents.
On the wedding day itself, the couple embraced a vibrant and diverse color palette for both the ceremony and the dinner reception. The ceremony was a burst of colors with a picturesque setting, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The bridesmaids’ dresses were a key element of this colorful theme, perfectly matching the floral hues chosen for the occasion.
As the sun set, the guests gathered for the dinner reception under the ancient trees of a charming borgo. Strings of twinkling lights created a warm and romantic ambiance, illuminating the entire area. The tables were adorned with monovases brimming with beautiful flowers, adding a touch of elegance to the rustic setting.
Catherine and Christian’s wedding weekend was a celebration of love, surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany, personalized details, and a vibrant color scheme that made it an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.
